📌 Booking + Cancellation Policies I value your time and mine — and appreciate your understanding as I hold space for each client with care and intention. ✅ Cancellations Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 🎄Holiday Season: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required during peak holiday weeks (November–December). 👉🏻 Less than 24 hours cancellation (48 hours for Holiday) will be charged 50% of the service) ❌ No-Show or No Contact: Clients who miss an appointment with no communication will be charged 100% of the service and may be required to prepay for future appointments. ⏰ Late Arrivals If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and treated as a late cancellation (50% fee applies). Please arrive on time to enjoy your full service. 📲 Appointment Confirmations You’ll receive a text or email to confirm your appointment. Please confirm within 24 hours — unconfirmed appointments may be released. No-shows after confirming will require a rebooking fee. 🔁 Chronic Rescheduling If the same appointment is rescheduled 3 times, a $50 non-refundable booking fee will be required to secure a 4th date. This ensures my time is respected and that you’re truly committed. ❄️Weather Cancellations If you feel unsafe weather conditions (blizzards, ice storms, etc.) could impact your appointment, please reach out to reschedule as soon as possible — no cancellation fees will apply.
